Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection windows 10 issues

i recently purchased the command and conquer ultimate collection on origin however i am having trouble playing a number of the older titles such as generals and zero hour which show the serious error...

I just don't understand why it won't work I have tried the game on my friends systems and it plays fine no compatability needed or fixes they are also running Windows 10, the game files install in the same way also.
