It's not compatible for Mac and there is no way to get it to work. I'd recommend contacting EA customer support and ask for a refund but I can't guarantee they'll comply.

try CrossOver for mac (http://www.codeweavers.com/products/) it will let you run windows programs
a couple of the games have been tested and work according to their website
