Could not connect to red alert 3 online

I just bought 2 copies of red alert 3 so that i can play campaign coop. problem is i cant connect to red alert 3 online service. i have enter my email, password and origin id(as ea id). i have also specifically select correct network interface in network setting(the ip which i connect to the internet). i have forwarded all port to my pc(both tcp and udp for all 65000+ ports). i have enable dmz to my pc. my ip is static. i have disable firewall in my router and my pc. i have enable send delay in settings. yet, despite all this, i still cant connect to red alert 3 online service. 

what should i do? what can i do? if there is no solution, i want my money back.
