Cyberwheels overpowered

With its 10 tib, fastest speed, high attack, there is no good counter early game. Even with a rocket/laser, two squad of cyberwheel can easily beat them.

Although cyberwheel seems to have low hp, given there is 4 wheels in a squad, you must take 4 hits to destroy it even you have a full squad of jump jet, a pitbull, or a tank. At a same cost with its Gdi counterpart, wardogs, wheel have far better potential of attack and speed, while it is almost as difficult to beat despite a lower hp.

There are people starting with tank and cyberwheel, even if you pick the best early counter: rocket/laser, they can easily spam the wheel to beat the rocket/laser, with the tank waiting at the tiberium field, and the econmy difference grow up with each rocket/laser being killed by the spamming wheels.

Wheels should be nerfed for easier destroyed by counter, or double priced.

  • Cyberwheels are good at what they do, but squishy. Don't let them gang up on your rocket squads or it's lights out. Instead, group rockets together so they protect one another and focus fire. This will bring them down quickly. If you fear more, get out a pitbull or bike squad who will dispatch the entire squad very quickly and with hardly a paint chip.

As with most rushes, the counter is not building a harvester. Scout, identify the rush, and get out the proper counter. Scorpion rushes can't do much against a mohawk or banshee. Just be careful if you choose to go with jjt as cyberwheels and scorps deal with them fairly well.
  • Combine use of rockets/lasers and pitbull/bikes, prepare for scorpion

  • You could not have the economy to counter wheel+tank rush to build another factory. After getting loads of rocket/laser cannot gain any economy advantage over the wheels, then soon you will see the chem buggy.

He has no income either if he doesn't have a harvester. Just remember you two have the same pop cap if he doesn't have a harvester but you have one, he will have one more unit than you so there will be some 2v1 situations, and yes, 2 wheels beat 1 laser/rocket. If both have or don't have harvs, then same number of combatants, 3 missiles can win 2 wheels + 1 scorpion really. If he keeps no harv really he can't pop out a chem buggy. If you feel rush unstoppable, your harvester is the first one to blame, occupying population but can't fight.

You still get Tiberium even if you don't have a harvester. It doesn't make much sense narratively, since where is this Tiberium even coming from when no one is harvesting it? But it is probably needed for a good playability of the game.

Same narritive excuse for scooping up 100 tib when you kill a harvester. You are part of an army, and they are wiring you funds constantly
