Defaults to High Desktop Power Plan, AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

Hope others can help me with this one.

This is a weird one, on my desktop, the game always defaults to "high performance" upon launch.
I was able to change it back to "AMD Ryzen Balanced" in the past but can't do it starting today for some reason.

I also have this on a new gaming laptop with a Ryen 7 4800H  but don't have any issues running it on the integrated graphics.

    @BrandoBraganza1 Which game exactly? There's quite a few different ones in this collection.

    And, why exactly is it a problem that it uses "high performance"?

    @NyergudsC&C Generals and Zero Hour.
    Well, Fan curve and CPU Utilization are different by default for different power plans on Win 10 and I use each one for different use cases.

    It only happens on my desktop Win 10.
    Never happened on my Win 11 laptop.
