didn't get all my cards from clone chamber

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Played for 20 blue general Solomon cards, but when battles competed, only rewarded me with 10. Missing my other 10 cards as per the latest update.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the cloning battles and see if it gives you the full number of cards...for me it only gave me the old amount from. Before the update.

Where are the rest of my cards? Every time an update occurs, bugs come with it. I count on things to be as they are supposed to be as part of my strategy for progression.when I am supposed togget a card or cards in one area to upgrade, and start working g on upgrading cards in another area to compliment, and get ripped off on my cards and am unable to upgrade, I am left with an unbalanced army, and have issues progressing,  which makes the game WAY no fun. I still haven't gotten my cards or coin s from the last upgrade but that charged me almost double for my card when the price came down. Please work on getting g these bugs fixed, and make sure when these issues happen, people get compensated in a timely manner. It has been almost a month since you robbed me by overcharging me for the card I purchased....

    Hey @eedddeeeeee, did you have that cloning chamber started before the update? If so it will only award you 10 cards. Any cloning chambers that you started after the update will have the correct values. Is that the case?

    I have reached out again about your other issue to see what is happening with your case. Thanks!

    Yes, I am pretty sure I started it after the update, because I needed 22 cards for next level and started the cloning chamber for the 20 and asked alliance for the other 2...

    And the other case, they said they sent me the 1400c, but i have no knowledge of receiving them. if they do send stuff, they need it to be in the format of opening a reward box, like other games do, so you are aware that you are recieving it. If they just added to what I already had, I may not have been aware of when it actually appeared on the account, so without looking at the metadata, there would be no way of knowing whether it was actually recieved.
