dll missing on Tiberian Sun/Firestorm install

I have downloaded C&C Ultimate Collection. I have installed Tiberian Sun/Firestorm. I get a message that some dll files are missing or damaged please reinstall. I have repaired 6 times. I have the DirectX9c from Microsoft. I am running Windows 7. I am up to date with all updates as of this post. THe message does not tell me which files are missing or damaged. Does anyone have a solution. THe Forums only suggest the DirectX update. Yes I have rebooted everytime so as to enable any updates.

Have you tried running it as an admin?

Im haveing the same problem. Done the samething and I have tried running it as admin. and still nothing.
