The thing is: this can actually work, but if the enemy has the perfect counter in his deck, you will just straight up loose.
Example: If you have full infantry deck (I did it for fun with GDI), you can still play well. But if the enemy has disruptor in his deck, all he has to do is spam it and he will just autowin.
The only 1-building deck that (somewhat) work is vehicle for Nod.
Vehicle: wheels, bikes, chembuggy, tank, giga, stank. This deck is surprisingly effective.
All other decks can work, but:
infantry can be hardcountered and all vehicle for GDI is very hard to pull off.
Also: I‘ve seen people go for all tech... this only works in goldleage XD

I agree that the only one I had moderate success with was NOD vehicle deck. And it still was pretty spotty.
