double shadow C

Hi there, anyone knows how to resolve a problem of double shadowing of red and blue lines across your entire screen? C&C2 and 3 works fine but only C&C4 seems to have this issues. I used to be able ...

    @adesmond2 That sounds suspiciously like you accidentally turned on some kind of 3D anaglyph option... y'know, for viewing it in 3D with a set of red/blue glasses. If not in the game, maybe it's some per-application setting set in the video card's graphics drivers or something?

sadly, I've switch off the graphic card 3D stuff and it's still the same.You can see the attached documents.. ☹️

Really hope someone will be able to help me out.. Even thru I've completed this game on my previous computers. But you see.. A fan of C&C will always be a fan.. haha.. :D

Oh ya.. the clear one is on desktop before loading into full screen.

Once it's full screen. It's gone case as like the double shadow..
