Download red alert 3 user built skirmish maps not showing.

I have about 200 random map generator and edited skirmish maps that I use in the retail ra3. How can I use them in the download origin RA3? I put them into the Red alert 3 directory on %user%appdata\roaming\red alert 3\maps. When I went into skirmish just the stock maps were there,
