Error cannot process your request at this time

got the redeem code for expansion for red alert 3 uprising. I input the code and goes to country and descrip[tion of game. Then get the above message !!! what the hell is going on. Seems like Origin...

EA have sorted it for me 🙂 brillaint service 🙂 problem solved

Case number is 07054977 . There is a Zip file contains images which i took when tryign to redeem and try get to download game.

anything found ? what the problem is . is it the origin servers ?

I'm not somebody from EA, so could you just give me the information (images etc.)
