Hey @mikadogg1987, To check which C&C games are you trying to play?
You can try manually running the VC++ installer from Origin - The default location for the folder is: (this may change if you installed Origin on another driver)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin
From this folder, run one of both files:
- vcredist_x86_vs 2015 (for 32bit Windows version)
- vcredist_x64_vs 2015 (for 64bit Windows version)
If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).
If you can't find them, You can also find the latest files on the Microsoft website:

@mikadogg1987 Wanted to see if this was still happening or if the steps above helped resolve this? @EA_Illium Jumping in here as I am having these issues as well. I have tried those installs for VS++ through the origin folder and online. Both are there installed and repaired a couple times but still I can not access most of the command & Conquer games.
I want to piggyback on your post. I am having the same problem and cannot play the game at all. I hope they can tell us what to do to solve this error.
No it didn’t. But this worked .
This solution worked.
