    while that is true i can play online vs other players no problem without crashing. and the other game runs without problems. Some times i can play the campgin for hours iwithout crashing. and online doesn't crash ever/

    Is the graphic card the error only nothing else is wrong cos i know how to fix this problem.

@hellbringer2I The log shows that it detects your graphics as "Intel(R) UHD Graphics". Then, it has a load of "out of memory" errors.

Embedded Intel Graphics cards don't have dedicated video memory. Your issue is simply that your computer doesn't meet the game's video requirements.

This might have been a "16 mb of RAM" game in 1995, but the high resolution remastered graphics are exponentially larger than the originals from back then, and the game uses the graphics card to cache those as textures for quick access. So, as the system requirements of the game say, you definitely need a dedicated graphics card to run this.

    @hellbringer2I Since it's an out of memory error, It might be related to the amount of assets that get loaded. But ultimately, you're simply below the required system specifications, which means the fix is simply to get a better graphics card.

    Thanks it seems to work okay if i play 1v1. But the first game works on this crap system lol

    With "the first game" are you referring to the original C&C? Because, well, duh. That's a game from 1995. This one is exponentially heavier in graphics.
