I don't know why they disable win steak in master and losing medals are always more than winning medals.

new reset isn't going to be as severe. Going to gain 150 medals per league instead of 100 this time.
All resets are severe. Maybe not to you but others might think differently.
- okay, let's break this down to smaller words for you. Something is severe. In this case, resets. Next reset will be 150 medals instead of 100. This is less of a reset. Less of a reset therefor means less severe. Still with me or do I need to break it down some more?
The despicable thing is the wrong reward. It tricks me to climb back to master and then all epic crates turn to a single rare. And their explanation is so vague on this. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Wrong-reward/m-p/7585354#M1236 Even lower tier reward are epics too, not a single rare.

The low tier rewards that that post refers to is the baseline reward discussed in the season reset article. Players can only earn the high value reward the first time they reach a new league or division. After that, they will earn the low tier reward, which is usually one Rare crate.
The visual glitch that you are referring to is an unintended bug that came with Update 1.4. We are working on getting that fixed as quickly as possible and apologize for the confusion.
