I don't know why they disable win steak in master and losing medals are always more than winning medals.

The despicable thing is the wrong reward. It tricks me to climb back to master and then all epic crates turn to a single rare. And their explanation is so vague on this. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Wrong-reward/m-p/7585354#M1236 Even lower tier reward are epics too, not a single rare.

You play this game.
You take this game so seriously that you're angry about rewards.
You're angry about the rewards so you say "F@ckUEA"

After they gave you the FREE game? You know, the one you take so seriously that you're embroiled in the whole reset/reward thing?

Look, concerns with an F2P game are fine, especially if you eventually put down cash on it. But let's get some perspective.
I'm not serious. It's just an ordinary F@CKUEA, people often say that, absolutely normal.
F2P is not an excuse to screw things, especially this is a game explicitly for money.
