i have this problem

I've had the same problem for a couple of days now.

i have been having the same issue and i have tried playing xbox live and i can so its not my internet connection.

This is extremely annoying and it would be very nice if someone from EA could talk to us or fix the issue because it has been saying this to me for a couple days. 

Same here- tested at 07:30pm to 07:45pm
