Failed to redeem code
can someone tell me what to do I bought yesterday command and comquer ultimate collection i tried to redeem the code but it says it is already in use and it doesn't show in my library Quick reply...

@lakimadafaki121 Where did you buy it from? Unless it's sealed, you should never buy games like that from second hand dealers.
If you're sure it was legit, original and sealed, you should contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. They can actually look into key and account details to solve such things.
it was sealed and when i open it there was no cd but that thing you scratch to get a code but yes it was sealed
