Fifa 14 web app

Originally I couldnt log into the fifa 14 web app because it said my security question was wrong when it wasn't and then I found out that it was a problem still trying to be fixed, but now I still can't log in as it says I need to purchase fifa 14 first any any suggestions as I'm just starting to get fed up of all of the bull**bleep** excuses

    I'm not sure how to get into it I've bought a copy but I still cant get into it
