Files Corrupt - Red Alert 2

I went to play Red Alert 2 yesterday and it said it was installing an update, so I needed to wait til that was complete. When I tried to launch RA2 again, I got the attached error message. I repaired...

@GeneralSinistro There are workarounds for the screen resolution; they were already posted both here and on the Steam forum. See

@Dunnsky89 The EA support team definitely looks at these, but on the subject of C&C, the community members involved with fan-patching (such as me) generally have a better grasp on how to fix things.

I have no idea about those EA App error messages, though. Have you tried simply wiping all files from the folder, and then doing a repair, so it gets all-clean files installed?

@Nyerguds Yeah, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it's still giving me the same message. I guess I'll just play Yuri's Revenge until there's a fix. I like it more actually. Still sucks I can't play RA2. Hopefully there's a solution soon. Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate it 🙂
