Frist crate of the morning disappearing

Update....

1. I collect the remaining crate from last night.

2. Request new crate (get next on list)

3. May rush if have the extra gas.

4. Tab out of game.

5. Start timer for when to collect new crate. 

6. Start match.

7. Crate gone, and reset pattern to next common crate.

This has cost me 4 Uncommon, and 3 rare crates in the past two weeks.

This is most of the time... twice now, I have forgotten to tab out and start time (step 4) and gone straight to battle. Not sure if the crate was gone after battle or not, but was definitely gone when I tab back to game after starting timer.
