I am unable to buy ta funds in Tiberium command and conquer I am from the Uk this is happening in both of my accounts i have cleared cache file and other browsers thanks

what Payment method are you employing? And have you used that method before with CCTA, on these accounts?
If the accounts are new then you will need to verify first before you can acquire funds, you have been send an email to the registered address.
