Game Balance and Matchmaking - We want your feedback!

So far I've only played mirror matchs (level 6 now, Sector 3 in both GDI and NOD) - the only glaring balance issue I've seen is that Cyborgs seem way too strong - as NOD I've yet to counter them as they absolutely decimate aircraft and vehicles (Venom and Buggy can't help at all) and Militia take so long to kill them that I get overrun as soon as the 2nd Cyborg hits the field.  Otherwise I've been really enjoying the game.
