First Off- Disruptors.
Disrupors need a a HUGE reduction in health. Their health reduction can be a little less drastic if they cant shoot while moving. Like, whos idea was it to let the disruptor shoot on the move? The last update made the more OP than they already were. They got a damage reduction against vehicles but they are not used against vehicles anyway, which brings me to the next unit...
Sandstorms. Why oh why do they do 50% more damage for every other unit they attack? They are litterly unkillable without infantry, and infantry get killed in a matter of seconds to disuptor fire. Air units like banshees cant even take out disruptors fast enough before something blows them out the sky. Even just flying by a sandstorm can mean death.
Sandstorms should have a little bit less health. Their health reduction shouldnt be as sever as disruptora though. Also, Sandstorms should do 50% LESS damage for every target it attacks, if its going to have modifiers at all. Thematically, it doesnt make sense that splitting a salvo of missles betwern three targets would cause more damage than just concentrating on one. It makes no sense and is just op when coupled with disruptors and facing Nod. Only other gdi decks can stand a chace againt that duo.
Third is the Rockworm. This unit seems like it instantly kills any vehicle adjacent to it when it unburrows. Is it just me or is that true? I've seen my rockworm pop out and insta-kill a titan like it was an attack bike.
Finally, the Chemical Warrior and Flame Trooper should have advantages over the other. Atm chem warriors are direct upgrades of the flame troops. Maybe change it so flame troopers have more health but less dps? Perhaps make flame troops more powerful against vehicles than chem warriors. I dont know. Give me a reason to take flame troopers, because for just 20 more tiberium they get completley overshadowed by chem warriors.
Thats it for units for now. Last thing I want to suggest is to give GDI more anti-infantry infantry and Nod some more anti-vehicle vehicles or more tanky units. I posted a topic suggesting the Avatar to make a return so Nod can have a direct equivalent to the Mammoth Tank.

PLayer Balance needs to happen NOW not yesterday not tomorrow but RIGHT THE F@CK NOW!!! im playing against ovious pay to win people now there units are 2 lvls above mine now i was told that i shouldnt be playing against people like this but back to back games....total lies from the people here and EA i mean come on 2 lvls above me all i can do is loose by this point and thats not fun i mena dont get me wrong loosing is part of the game but when its unbalanced like that you can only get angry also the game does need a quit match option just incase that this happens also a chat button after the match to either smack talk or find out game strats with others also ive noticed less blue cards coming up now and some mild commons but not what you need random is fine but not when you have 100+ of something you never use its like you trying to force someone to use that unit
