game does not runs
I tried to play game with multiplayer it asked me for installation of pach and then it said to restart computer after then it told me to insert a cd or dvd to run game

It would be nice if you would tell us at least which game you're talking about. The C&C series contains quite a bunch of them.
That said, Generals, Zero Hour, C&C3, Kane's Wrath and Red Alert 3 all used the Gamespy system for their online play, but the whole system has been shut in July 2014.
However, community servers have already been set up, so it should be possible to play online that way. More information on that can be found at http://cnc-online.net/
