it happens all the time, even if you have 20 times necessary to optimize resources.
you don't notice it if you optimize rapidly, that's the scam

I talked about this problem with a dozen players who also have this problem but had never noticed before

same thing for me is now happening on wrath4.   

totally unacceptable for a game thats been running this long now.

This needs to be addressed immediately.
