Game is stealing resources during building upgrades

I am experiencing this in World 33.....A LOT!

I just sold a barracks(lvl 60) and upgraded two other buildings to lvl 61...all good.

Then I took one to lvl 62....all good

Then the other, despite having more than twice the required funds, when trying to take that to lvl 62 the funds vanished but the upgrade didnt happen!

EA this was 153Gig of Tiberium! and the third time it's happened this week!

I am too MAD to calculate how much that would have cost to buy with cash! it represents hundreds of hours playing over the last three years though and it stinks!
