There is no "download manuals" link on the Origin page for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath.

Where can I get the manuals?

Seems most manuals are accessible from the Steam Store files:

Seems I'm missing Zero Hour. I'll see if I can find it, but for now, here are the Macintosh version Gen+ZH manuals from the Aspyr website:
