Game Stuck on Loading Screen

Question

My household and I are currently playing from the Philippines. Three phones. iPhone X. Samsung A50. Samsung A6 (not supported)

Up until this morning, we were able to connect even after the update. However, at some point, all of our phones and my iPad are stuck on loading screen. I get the three dots continuous. I've left it running for many minutes and no error or pop up.

The iPad and the iPhone both use my account. I connected through a VPN and was able to load the game on the iPad. I changed my DNS from our default to use google's DNS and was able to connect on the iPhone and iPad with no issues. Both the Android devices are still stuck on the loading screen. I have updated both devices google play and play games app.

The issue is now intermittent and has mostly resolved itself on the A50.&nbsp; The A6 is still stuck in the loading screen.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hey&nbsp;@Zenshinzo&nbsp;thank you for reaching out and reporting this. Interesting that changing the DNS to Google helped for your iOS devices. I've put your info together and gathered logs from those accounts and have passed this along for further investigation, hopefully we can figure out what's going on! Thanks again!&nbsp;
