Game will change into window mode if you have Wacom Tablet driver installed

Summarize your bug If you have wacom tablet driver installed, when you press caps lock, the game will change into window mode due to the driver showing up a pop up thingy that tells you you pressed caps lock.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install Wacom Tablet driver and when playing the game press on the caps lock key.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game will change into window mode
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to use the caps lock key without forcing my game into window mode like I'm able to do with every game out there xD

To recreate the issue, simply install Wacom Tablet driver and when playing the game press on the caps lock key.
