The Borca simply damages infantry that get in the way. I'm not too familiar with either. Are both meant to be anti-vehicle with a plus of screwing missile squads?
inferno will 1 shot most infantry, tech infantry being the exception. Borca will 2-3 shot most infantry tech infantry being the exception, but the borca has like 7-8 bombs, so it's not a big deal to it.
Haven't unlocked either. I only have the units before reaching Nod. I'm at silver league.

One thing I noticed with Borcas: I was fighting someone of a higher rank in the grenadier blitz, and he used one to attack my base. Was little of a bad thing as it was merely scratching a dent. I ignored in favor of launching a nuke. He lost even though he had lvl 7s and 8s. I had lvl 5s and 6s.
- borca is horrible for base damage as outside tiles take reduced damage, but the tile UNDER the borca takes full damage. So it does best when flying OVER enemy targets, and it can't do this to the base. So it's not a base racing unit.
This unit is just terrible and no match to inferno just avoid it for now.

- never played because not good enough. its just to slow, to clumpsy and to expensiv for what it offers. can be played but it gets easy countered
None of the GDi anti-vehicle air units have an anti-air role. I mean if your using a pure air army for maneuverability, your dead from a combo of talons and missile squads. If only one can counter the talon with some orca missiles. I'm sure the talon is no match to it... 1 to 2 salvos and done
