General system error - command and conquer: Tibirian twilight

Hi EA, I have bought and downloaded Command And Conquer 4: Tiberian twighlight on steam along with other Command And Conquer games. I have downloaded it, made an EA account which seems to work fine ...

@chopin1999 I get the same as well, and I don't even know where to start looking for help. I've tried the usual methods of reporting in Steam and I've also tried on the EA support website but it brought me here.
Where is the fix, EA? Y U doin us dirty lyk dis? Help please

Same problem and same issue years later with no resolution for those that purchased through Orgin. General system error. I haven't been able to play the game in a decade. A reminder to avoid EA games in the future.
