Have to rebuy Comand & Conquer 3??

Hello, I had digitally purchased Comand & Conquer 3 through my Xbox 360. Unfortunately I had gotten the infamous "Red Ring of Death" and had to purchase a new Xbox. When I went to redownload all my DLC and games I've digitally downloaded previously, Comand & Conquer was the only thing telling me I must repurchase instead of "Download Again".

Why must I repurchase something I have already paid full price for? This is very dissatisfying, being a huge C&C fan an all.
