Help! C&C 1 and RA dosn't launch on windows 7 64 bit

I have a suggestion for this problem:For example SimCity2000, Theme Hospital, Populus and so on old games run with the DosBox and you can download this games only with the program DosBox.Can you programmer use this knowledge of DosBox and program it to C&amp;C 1 and C&amp;C Red Alert 1?
