Help with Red Alert 3 online con error

Hi all 

I have 2 pc's in the same house both with red alert 3 from EA on them . one works all ok online no problem and the other says con 1 - 2  all  the time and i cant figure it out , i have tried VPN 3 diff ones but still cant get it to work.

    @logan2610skye This is a forum haha, it is means to answer questions here, not to e-mail them to you haha. Answering here makes sure other people can also get wiser from it.

    Ok, what do you mean with "con 1 - 2". Can you show an image of the error/message you are seeing and can you provide the exact steps you undertake to get that error.

    Also, please disable any VPNs that are in use as those are known to cause many many problems in online multiplayer games.
