How do I turn of this **bleep**ty Cloud Sync

I hate Origin and I hate steam.  Why cant I purchase a F*cking game and PLAY IT. I am sick to death of asking if I want to us local data or cloud data thats not synced and then wait endlessley for it to try to conect to update the clolud.  I lose patience withe process and go play a different game that I can actually play off of the CD that I purchased.  Gaming was so much better when it wasnt hijacked by these damn mega companies trying to control everything.  I guess no one ownes anything anymore. Heres a big FU for losing my patience with a game I once loved.
