This is actually a bugged feature at the moment, so right now it's not possible for Origin players.
On Steam however, I think it's something to do with Steam Workshop. Though I don't use Steam.

I did say it was a Bugged Feature, meaning it's currently broken and they're looking into fixing it, though when they'll get chance to get around to fixing it is anybody's guess.
