how to publish maps so it can be played online?

So I made a few maps that works perfectly in skirmish offline but when I try to host them online they do not show up as an option

I noticed in the steam version they have a publish map option that Origin does not have

how can I publish my maps online to play with friends if I do not have the publish button in the Editor?

is there any work around?

did I miss anything in the Origin version?

is this a Steam only feature?
