Start over. Get to masters with a low experience level. Then every game is a challenge match and you don’t lose progress when you lose. Not ideal and you’ll lose a lot but you don’t go backwards after a loss. I’ve been to Masters 3 times already and after getting tired of losing with level 8 units matched against level 11 units, I quit and started over again.
