I cannot link my account. Link option doesn't show

Hi I am using LG G5. I cannot link my account with my Google Play, Facebook or EA Account because the option doesn't show. Please help me.

    When you were asked for your age, what age did you put in?

    Can we also get your region and Persona ID (Settings -> About), please, so we can have a look? Thank you!

UPDATE: I had a Adblok app so i disabled it and then it works. Finally i linked my account. Thank you for everything and sorry for my trouble.
