I don't like being forced to play as a female commander

Seriously? Have an agenda much? Or feeling too much social pressure? First Battlefield V, now this? I'm all for women doing great things, but forcing it on me for most of the game? No. Let me play as the commander I choose. Or I'll choose another game.

  • More than half of the commanders are men, and you can choose any one of them to play, so I'm not sure what the complaint is here.

  • You can start to play with a male commander from level 8 for GDI (Dr. Liang) and level 9 for NOD (Seth). So that is not "for most of the game" that you have to play Lt. Strongarm.

  • I feel for you.  Can't imagine how girls must feel when they have to play as Seth under NOD.  Unbelievable, really.  Pass out flamer-throwers to everyone

No feeling. The game did almost nothing to shape these commanders. A single cartoon-ish card image, a line of description, and what else? They are not even voiced. I hope I can hear Joe Kucan but it never happens. They put little effort in this game.
