I never received my rewards for the competition!!!

I was in 3rd place and 1st place in both rivals tournaments, but when the tournament ended, I did not receive the loot crates for either competition!!! I worked hard to climb that leaderboard, and to...

Exact same issue, I didnt receive the crate for the 3rd place.

    @Sorolei if you send me your Persona ID, found in Settings > About, I'll be able to confirm your rewards for you.

      I also experienced this issue, came first in rivals but no reward.

        Hey @Rusty_UK333 thanks for your Persona ID. I can see you finished first in the GDI race and your rewards were added to your account. You got the following goodies:

        - 9773 credits

        - 44 Commander Seth cards

        - 24 Sandstorm cards

        - 62 Attack Bike cards

        - 70 Confessor cards

        - 232 Scorpion Tank cards

        - 18 Tick Tank cards
