The first two might be implemented as there are few developers assigned to the game's servers. I don't know about the last one, there's barely any developers left for the game to put it under maintenance. Once those developers expire by February, the game shuts down. I wish that EA would keep the game alive, even though it has fewer players active. They just fix it slowly and hope that the player count rises so there's need for more maintenance and the game could pay for itself.
