Info Request - Game Stuttering

  • CPU
    • i9-9900K @ standard clock
  • GPU
    • RTX2080
  • Ram
    • 32GBs
  • Resolution you are playing at
    • 2560x1440
  • Screen mode you are playing at Windowed, Full Screen Exclusive, Borderless Windowed (or a combination)
    • Not relevant
  • What kind of Harddrive do you have the game installed on (HD, SSD) 
    • HD
  • When did the issue occur i.e. during MP, during campaign (specifics appreciated) 
    • Red alert - reproducable with the first demolition explosion (via Tanya or similar) at any particular zoom level.  Changing the zoom level causes it to occur again.
