CPU: i7 4790k

GPU: GTX 1080

Ram: 32gb DDR3

Resolution: 3440 x1440 or 1920 x 1080

Screen mode: Combo

Harddrive: SSD

Skirmish, Multiplayer, and spectator

Note: These issues have arisen for me today, yesterday the game ran smooth and with no issues. I have gone through the recommended fixes with no effect.
