Info Request - Game Stuttering

  • DXDiags are attached
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 non overclocked
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB non overclocked
  • Ram: 16GB DDR4-2400
  • Resolution you are playing at: 1920x1080
  • Screen mode you are playing at Windowed, Full Screen Exclusive, Borderless Windowed (or a combination): Full Screen Exclusive
  • What kind of Harddrive do you have the game installed on (HD, SSD): HDD
  • When did the issue occur i.e. during MP, during campaign (specifics appreciated): Have only tried AI skirmish (only 1 AI was present), stuttering was frequent when switching units as well as randomly during the match

    EDIT: Don't know if it's relevant, but I have the Steam version of the game.
