My laptop specs are following

Lenovo Legion

Intel I7 8750H 2.20h 6 core

16gb ram

NVIDIA Geforce 1050Ti

1TB HDD 5400rpm

Windows 10 Home

Resolution:1920x1080, Full Screen

I am having stuttering issue whenever I move units, explore maps, and units are engaged in heavy firefights. It is more severe in Red Alert. Tiberian Dawn seems stutter less, but the gameplay is not still smooth. I even tried changing display resolution, but the results are same.
