The a1b2-c3d4-... 20-digit code seems like the one you need, yes. Kane's Wrath requires C&C3, though... maybe it'll work after inserting your C&C3 code first?
And another thing: I noticed that the code example has 4 parts of code, like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Mine has 5.
