Installing games

Now , even if it isn' t the section , i have to ask something :

when i downloaded 2 of the games in the "pack" , when i finish to download and try to install it , when i fini9sh , the games didn' t installed ! The connections to the desktop doesen' t contain anything , the button is still "Install... what's going on ?

    I am having the same problem. I kep getting the .cab file is not signed

    Have you already tried running it in admin mode?

    The Games are Red Alert 2 and Generals , the other one are just saying that some files are missing , but.. i found the problem : both games don' t have install.exe , now , because i don' t know what hell to do , can you please explain me how to making it work ?

    Can't you just re-download them, cancel the installing and re-install it? Or does that not work.

    I tried to re-download it , but for some reason all the files are gone : now i still need to install , but the datas are vanished ! Now i need to know how to get them back ( no , they aren't in the litter )

    Could you also try to click on Origin>reload my games? And when that doesn't help, try to log out and then to login again.  And you can't click on uninstall and removing it using add/remove programs also doesn't work? And maybe you can try to delete the web cache of origin, which you can find here: C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Origin\Web Cache? But I recommend to make a copy of the web cache before you delete it, because I don't know if this is 100% safe. And when that does not work, try to delete some local storaged files which you can find in here: C:\Users\Gebruiker\AppData\Roaming\Origin\Web Storage\LocalStorage. But make also of this a copy before you delete it! I don't really know if this will work, but you could try it.
