"Invalid or missing .par file. Please Reinstall your game."

Okay so I've had 2 problems as of late from this batch of games, both refer to attempting to start modded games but I'll get to that later.

First was Red Alert 2, Yuri's revenge works fine when playing from origin but when attempting to use launch base, I get ,"Invalid or missing .par file. Please Reinstall your game." 

(Also says that Red Alert 2, has been modded, though I Just installed it) Tried Various attempts to fix, from Offline mode, to administrator and compatibility modes, Reinstalling,

repairing mod, uninstalling and reinstalling Launch Base, etc.

(Btw Launch Base is just a launcher, I attempted to run an un-modded Yuri's revenge through Launch base and I get this error)

The other Error is with Generals : ZeroHour, in which when I attempt to run it, I get this error ," The Procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the Dynamic link library dbghelp.dll." Stopping me completly from playing the game. (Also it says Origin.exe - Entry Point Not Found)
