Hello, this issue is still pretty much on-going. I'm a player in Europe zone.

Issues with multiplayer:

• Unable to join a lobby: "Match not found".
• 6-8 player lobby that is started goes to black screen or stay in the loading screen "forever".
• Occasional "Server disconnected"-messages in the main screen.

EA_Mako​ are there any news? the community is suffering :) would be great to see the issue fixed soon

exactly the same here. i cant understand why its taken 2 weeks and still no fix!? since the new season started ive managed 5 games and about 30 crashes

I’m reaching out as a dedicated player who’s been experiencing significant frustration with the online mode, which has been practically unplayable for over two weeks now. The issues — frequent disconnects, server lag, and matchmaking failures — have made it impossible to enjoy the game as intended.

To date, the only response we’ve received from support has been the standard “the team will look into it.” While that’s appreciated, it doesn’t provide the transparency or actionable information we as players deserve after such an extended period. I understand that technical challenges can arise, but surely by now someone on the team has had the opportunity to investigate these problems in depth.

Could you please provide a more helpful update? I’d love to get back to playing without these hurdles.

EA_Mako​ Based on my data (i am the creator of cncstats / https://cnc.kanedaspring.de  ) - the issue started round about 23 Nov 2025. In average you have 20% or below rate for a success start.  Affected are all regions. 

For the guys which are investigating/developer or who know the game protocol :-)  - there are few reasons why a custom multiplayer games don't start. Cause - dunno.

• the game client don't get the json with joininstance message
• a joininstance message with an ip which was dead (just no DNS lookup)
• we got a joininstance message but the UDP connection to the server was not possible
• other strange behaviors looks that the game server instance crashed - and so far I know from my tests - it happens when the game instance server gots a wrong json "to host".   (it was a pain to figure out what and how the json has to look like)
• and for long running games its end also with a disconnect, because the game instance is down. My guess is, the heavy load suppress the heartbeat to the coordinator(or other module, 5min timeout) - just other problem 

And about grey multiplayer buttons - It's always an issue about your account could not login to the coordinator(CNC EA Hub) - you will see it also in the game logs. (depending which log level is activated) 

buttons are there or not randomly but 70% of alle games crashes or wont even start

EA_Mako​ Could we please get an update on this issue? It's been almost two weeks, and we are still unable to enjoy consistent multiplayer games. We also haven't received any useful response so far.

The issues still exist, especially during peak hours.
